Divorce takes apart everything.
Your home.
Your time with your kids.

There are moments where nothing feels like yours anymore.
Every decision gets negotiated.
Everything gets split.
And you’re expected to hold it together.
That’s where I was.
How It Began
I started helping other men in 2017.
A guy I worked with came in after being handed papers that morning.
We left for coffee.
He was trying to hold it together.
I knew exactly where he was.
That conversation turned into more.
Then more men.
Because this happens all the time.
And most men go through it alone.
What I Believe
Most men don’t talk about this.
They carry it.
They stay strong.
They figure it out on their own.
But it comes at a cost.I don’t think it should be that way.
That’s why this exists.
A place to talk.
A place to be around other men who get it.
A place to get through it without carrying all of it by yourself.Some guys are on Day 1.
Some guys come in the middle of it.
Some come after.
Doesn’t matter where you are.
You don’t have to do it alone.
